Shopping with Bite Me Jerky

Please provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information when placing an order. Review your selected flavor, bag size, quantity, shipping details, and order total before paying. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to process purchases.

Product information

We aim to describe our beef jerky and dried fruit products accurately. Images illustrate the products, and packaging or appearance may vary. For ingredients, allergens, nutrition, storage, and safety information, read the label on the product you receive. Contact us before ordering if you have an ingredient or allergy question. Website descriptions are not medical advice.

Prices, payments, and promotions

The price, currency, discounts, shipping charges, and applicable taxes shown at checkout form your order total. Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Discount codes are subject to their stated conditions and the eligibility shown at checkout. A one-time order does not enroll you in a subscription or recurring charge.

Availability and order changes

Products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable or an order contains a pricing or product-information error, we will contact you about the issue and available next steps. If we cannot fulfill an item you paid for, we will refund the unfulfilled item.

Cancellation requests

To request a cancellation or correction, email bitemejerkyco@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether the request can be accommodated. Cancellation or changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun or the order has shipped. For concerns after delivery, follow our Return and Refund Policy.

Shipping and product concerns

Orders of $25 or more qualify for free shipping. Other charges and available delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. For damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory products, contact us within 30 days of receipt. Do not return food without our approval. See the linked policies above for details.

Responsible site use

Do not use the store for unlawful activity, fraudulent orders, interference with site operation, or unauthorized access to customer or store information. Bite Me Jerky branding and original site materials may not be used in a way that falsely suggests our endorsement or violates applicable intellectual-property rights.

Updates and your rights

We may update these terms by publishing revised wording and an updated date. Changes do not remove rights applicable to purchases already made. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
